That answer used to take two weeks. Now it takes five minutes.

I connect the tools your business already runs on (email, meetings, CRM, finance, operations) to AI, so the questions you used to hand to someone get answered while you are still in the meeting. A boutique consultancy for executives and owners.

We've run this playbook

I ran this on my own company first.

Dayta started as a typical service business: five subcontractors, an assistant, work bottlenecked by people. So I ran the playbook on myself.

I connected everything to AI. Every message, every meeting, every client system, captured and searchable. Then I put agents on the work and supervised. Revenue tripled. Headcount went to one.

Today I handle what used to take about twenty full-time analysts, engineers, and account managers. I install the same system for executives who have a real company to run.

The system

Three things AI should be doing in your business. In this order.

01

Capture everything.

Every email, every message, every meeting gets recorded and stored where AI can reach it later. A sales call comes back as a transcript, the customer's needs and objections, the next steps, and a drafted CRM update. An operations meeting comes back as decisions, owners, and deadlines.

Your CRM, accounting, ad accounts, support desk, and line-of-business systems land in one warehouse your company owns. This is the step that makes the other two possible.

Ends Meeting notes nobody writes Decisions lost in someone's notebook Data stranded in nine tools
02

Search your whole company.

Ask in plain English, get an answer out of your own numbers. Which customers are showing early signs of churn. Why gross margin fell last quarter, broken down by product, segment, and cost category. What we committed to a customer, and who owns each commitment.

Questions that used to take your team two weeks come back in two to five minutes, and every follow-up gets answered in the same sitting. Nobody stops their work to pull it.

Replaces The two-week answer "Can someone pull this for me?" The analyst request queue
03

Execute with agents.

With everything connected, AI can audit how the company actually works and build the software that removes the manual parts. We start in the C-suite. Each executive gets a coding agent pointed at company data, so a pricing meeting brief assembles itself from contracts, renewal dates, product margins, and recent call notes.

Then it goes company-wide. The internal tools and automations that used to need a six-month project request get built in an afternoon, and your team's hours move to revenue.

Where it goes wrong

Most companies start at number three. They buy an agent, point it at a business it cannot see, and get confident answers built on nothing.

The verdict comes back a month later: AI just isn't there yet. The tool was working blind. Capture and search come first, every time, and that is the part almost nobody sells you.

About

Founder-led. Built by a data engineer who's consulted for Fortune 100 companies.

Before founding Dayta, I built reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch for Fortune 100 retailers and Y-Combinator-backed startups. The layer underneath the systems most operators never see.

Dayta Analytics is a project-based consultancy. I connect the systems a company already runs on to AI, build the warehouse and the search layer underneath, and ship the internal software that removes the manual work. Clients run law firms, healthcare practices, industrial operations, storage portfolios, retail brands, and marketing agencies.
